The ZQ Bridal Process

At ZQouture, every bridal journey is tailored to be seamless, transparent, and luxurious. From your first inspiration to the final fitting, we walk with you every step of the way.

Step 1 – Curating Your Vision

We begin by reviewing your inspiration images, discussing your desired details, delivery timeline, and budget. From this, we provide you with a personalized quote for your bridal outfit(s).

Step 2 – Securing Your Design

Once the quote, timeline, and design details align with your vision, we send you a detailed contract. This includes our process, payment structure, disclosures, and all the details that define your bridal order.

Step 3 – Reservation & Deposit

To secure your order, a 75% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 25% balance is due before shipping, once you’ve approved final pictures, videos, and measurements of your dress.

Step 4 – Measurements & Color Selection

We welcome you to visit our studio for complimentary measurements and to finalize colors from our curated charts. In-person ensures accuracy, but if you’re unable to come in, we offer virtual fittings via FaceTime with deposits accepted through e-transfer.

Step 5 – Couture Blueprint

Our team creates a proprietary template of your bridal design. Every detail is mapped out to ensure your vision is fully captured. This step usually takes 1–2 weeks and serves as the foundation for your bespoke outfit.

Step 6 – Fabric & Handwork Approval

We source and custom-dye your selected fabric, which you’ll approve against the original color chart. Next, we share a close-up embroidery sample for your approval before we begin full production.

Step 7 – Progress & Precision

Throughout the making process, you’ll receive photos and videos of your bridal. Before stitching begins, you can update your measurements if needed. Once the dress is complete, we provide detailed visuals — including measurements shown with a measuring tape — for your approval.

Step 8 – Final Balance & Delivery

After your final approval, the remaining 25% is due. Your bridal will then be shipped immediately — either directly to you or to our studio for pickup.
